App Linking allows you to create cross-platform links that can work as defined regardless of whether a user has installed your app. When a user taps the link on an Android, an iOS, or a HarmonyOS device, the user will be redirected to the specified in-app content. If a user opens the link in a browser on a PC, the user will be redirected to the same content of the web version.

When creating a link, you can set tracking parameters for different channels to identify traffic sources, analyze their performance, and determine the platform or campaign that best suits your app.

Key Functions

Function	Description
Deferred deep linking	Takes users who have not installed your app to an app store to download your app, and your in-app content will be automatically displayed when they first launch your app, without requiring them to tap the link again. When the user launches your app for the first time, the linked in-app content will be directly displayed, without requiring the user to tap the link again.
Custom social cards	Uses social meta tags to display your content as clickable cards, attracting more users from social media.
Statistics	Records the data of all link-related events, such as numbers of link taps, first app launches, and non-first app launches, for you to conduct analysis.
