Find quick solutions to any issues you may encounter while using Evil Mind Dev's HMS Unity Plugin through the troubleshooting guides and resources.

If you encounter any problems, please check the following items:

  • This plugin only supports Android.

  • The plugin does not work in the Editor.

  • To test, make a build, and deploy to a Huawei Device.

  • You can use Cloud testing in App Gallery if you do not own a Huawei Device.

  • Do not modifications to the plugin structure and prefab naming

  • Make sure you are using the right and last version of the plugin for your specific Unity version (2018 or 2019 and upper)

If you still encounter problems, please create an issue with the following information:

  • Unity version

  • Plugin version (package or commit)

  • Mono or IL2CPP

  • Test device model

  • Attached is the logcat of your tests
